Bridgid Burge
Scenic Designer and Paint Charge
Bridgid (Kelly) Burge is delighted to be returning to Thunder Bay Theatre for her second season! Last fall, she had the pleasure of designing and painting I Love A Piano, Romeo and Juliet, and Peter Pan at Thunder Bay Theatre. Bridgid is a proud Michigander, a graduate of the University of Michigan -Flint, and is earning her MFA from Illinois State University. She also works in the Washington DC area, where her recent design credits include Baggage (Gallaudet University), Equivocation (Silver Spring Stage), How to Keep an Alien (Solas Nua Inc.) Tabitha Camp
Resident Production Manager & Stage Manager
Tabitha is a recent graduate of The Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University. She is originally from Champaign, IL! Tabitha was here for our Fall 2018 season, and is excited to start her year long residency! Recent productions, at TBT, of Tabitha's include Peter Pan, Romeo & Juliet, & I Love a Piano! Tabitha would like to thank her cat for not being mad at her for moving away, and for being willing to move up to NE Michigan for a year.
Jacob Kerzner
Music Director & Vocal Academy Director
Jacob Kerzner is a music director, singer, and composer from Western Massachusetts with an M.A. from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and a B.M. from Ithaca College. Recently, Jacob worked on Legally Blonde and Limbo: The Twelve at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. His credits also include the pre-Broadway productions of Oklahoma! and Hadestown and a chorus member in Berkshire Opera Festival’s production of Rigoletto. His arrangements and vocals can be heard on the new album You & I with his a cappella vocal group Ithacappella. He is incredibly grateful to be spending this fall in Alpena with Thunder Bay Theatre!
Eileen Thoma
Costume Designer & Shop Manager
A Michigan native, Eileen is thrilled to be joining Thunder Bay Theatre as the costume designer and costume shop manager for the fall season. Previous experience includes a season long Costume & Wardrobe Internship at Portland Stage and a summer Costume & Wardrobe Internship at La Musica Lirica in Novafeltria, Italy. Jason Luther
Resident Technical Director
Jason Luther is a recent transplant to Alpena from Metro Detroit where he was a carpenter, cabinetmaker, beekeeper, amateur fisherman, musician, and astronomer, an all-around Renaissance kind of guy. Since moving to Alpena just over three years ago, he’s had the opportunity to work on the fisheries exhibit at the Besser Museum, regularly volunteers with the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary, completely renovated a 100 year old home, and briefly explored a career as craft brewer. As a supporter and advocate for the arts and TBT, he is thrilled to be a part of the Alpena art and theatre scene in the coming season.
Chris Riley
Lighting Designer & Sound Board Operator
Chris Riley has recently graduated from Western Michigan University with a BFA in Theatre Design and Technical Production and an emphasis in lighting design. He is glad to be back in Michigan after his year long internship in Naples, Florida. Some recent designs of his include Lost in Yonkers, Guys & Dolls, and Marjorie Prime. Lucas MoquinPerformer & Administrative ApprenticeI am a Michigan born theatre maker and a repeat artist at Thunder Bay Theatre, and I am very excited to be an Administrative Apprentice for 2019. I would like to express my immense gratitude for being able to apply my skills for this company and share my talents with this community for as long as I have.
